I placed an order online at 5:21pm. The estimated time of pick-up was 5:36pm. I got there at 5:35pm. The restaurant's doors were locked. I went through the drive-through. There was a car in front of me waiting to be served. 15 minutes passed before this car's presence was even acknowledged from the person at the intercom. Once that car's presence was acknowledged, the person at the intercom wasn't understanding the order of the person ordering in the car. At some point, the person at the intercom stopped responding to the client. The client in the car in front of me then kept asking "Are you still there? Hello?". About 5 minutes have passed without anyone answering. Then another employee started from scratch with the client in front of me. At this point, I have been waiting in the drive-through for about 30 minutes. All of this and we were the only 2 cars in the parking/drive-through the whole time. No other clients came to place orders, or to pick-up online orders or any thing of sorts that could've explained the latency in the conversation between the client and the cashier, Then when my turn finally came around 6:05pm, I told them I was picking up an online order. I was then told to go and park in the parking and that someone would bring me my order when it'll be ready. Wait what?! I ordered at 5:21pm, the estimated time of completion was 5:36pm. It's 6:05pm and my order still isn't ready?! I know 5:36pm is an estimate, but really?! 30 minutes later and it's still not ready? Anyways, I go and park the car and a few minutes later someone comes to my car to give me my order. Before leaving, I double-check that everything is there. The large fries as well as the large salad were missing from my order. So I went back in the drive-through and told them I was missing a few things. They gave me the fries and told me they didn't have any large salads left so instead they gave me 3 small salads. This is unacceptable. I paid for a large salad. Not the first time I go to this restaurant and there's always something. Last time, they told me they didn't accept coupons, the time before they were closed even though the opening hours on both KFC's website and Google (and on the physical door) mentioned the restaurant was open. Read moreWhat a shame! We were exited to try KFC after a while and here is a picture of what we found out when we opened the box. So here is the full story. We ordered and everything was normal. During this time we noticed another customer was returning her food because she found a hair in her food. She supposedly ate 3 pieces of her 14 piece bucket and demanded a refund. After a bit we get home to find the bucket filled with chicken like this. I don’t know about you but It doesn’t look much appetizing at all. It looks like it’s been eaten already. Either way, it’s doesn’t look good. So we go back and customer service isn’t better whatsoever. First, they give excuses about how they can’t give refunds since we went outside of the store (we didn’t want to eat after seeing this so we wanted a refund). Then they say that WE WERE SUPPOSED TO INSPECT the food before we left. Keep in mind we took take-out. So every time, we order we’re supposed to check in detail every piece of chicken to see if It has been eaten or has mold or whatever. It doesn’t make much sense. They should provide a better service. Second, they tried to avoid giving us a refund by telling us no one knew how to do a refund which is bs. Then , it took of back and forth to finally get a refund for the chicken since they tried blaming us for the chicken being like that. I tried to call the restaurant several times as of 8h30, and the line would always disconnect.
I finally had to use 2 different phones for them to finally pick-up the line, only to tell me they are waiting for their driver to pick up my order!! No sorry, no offers: nothing!!
I asked how i could cancel my order and get a refund: you have to cancel it, but i cant help you if you dont see it on the website?!?
I am beyond furious because i am forced to accept my order that will probably be cold! We are no longer hungry, i dont know in what condition the food will be in, and i honestly dont even want to put anything from them in my stomach!
I should have checked the reviews before ordering or using their "service" if you want to call this service!
A 75$ bill, no discount, no sorry: nothing! And i cant get reimbursed?? And they said it will take another half hour for my delivery?? Delibery charges for no delivery???
So after a 2 hours order, still no food??? For food???
