No greetings, I ordered lahmajin, shawarma chicken and knefeh at 11:30 i was the only client and it took 30 minutes, unorganized and no discipline staff.

Lahmajin: the meat was frozen cold taste what a disaster.

Shawarma: they used left over chicken from a pot and grilled the sandwich for 20 minutes in front of me. I asked for refund. Chicken and meat shawarma left cold and burnt from yesterday, heated multiple times before serving. Disgusting and Dirty.

Knefeh: cold bread even if i asked warm which it supposed to be all time unless you order a big plate, he used small left over kenefe aged pieces, Horrible taste throw it in the garbage.

This place will not see success with careless staff and ignorant owner who takes situations for granted.

Do not eat or order from that place.

Not impress at all. First, a total lack of organization, you don't know where to order, cash or in front of the food and obviously no employees are asking you if you want something or if they can help. I waited at least 8-9 minutes without anybody asking me anything. The employee at the cash was asking 2 or 3 times questions for every item I was ordering. The cook was not at all friendly and clearly didn't enjoy his job. The place is not at all well set up.... long but tight, so when there are people, everybody is crossing each other's. Food was good but nothing different than any Lebanese place I went to, but they had a special that day for a falafel plate at 6 $; I thought it was a good deal. So many places in Laval, I will not go back there for a while. Mixed plate and falafel plate. As well, I ordered 2 small pizza and 6 appetizers to take out ......
