Edit 2: This occured over three years ago. This business replied to my message once but many years later replied again. I'm insulted with the new reply that's been added here deleting the previous. Diamonds are expensive yet I explicitly asked for moissanite. Had a budget of over 3000$ prior to covid so before inflation. I think my price point was more than fine yet the service given here is horrible. I don't appreciate a business trying to tarnish my name. Own up to your mistake and take this review as it's deserved. I'll see you guys again in another couple years when you try to change your review again apparently. P.s. I came in without the knowledge you sold only diamonds. Inform your future clients that is only stone you sell when they come in with a specific ask of something else instead of wasting their time. I asked if it was possible to make me a ring specific style with a specific stone. I'd gladly take " no we don't sell that". I never recieved a no just a push for the other stone. Still bad service and the fact of your responses shows your respect for clients. Edit: So my review has been replied so I would like to emphasize how much they ignored the problem in my situation. I came in with an exact style of ring, a fairly reasonable price point and the exact type of stone my girlfriend wanted. I was pushed for another stone and to shut them up I agreed only if they could put it as a price comparison to what I actually wanted as much as I said I wasn't interested. Never got the quote for what I came in for only the more expensive stone. Horrible customer service genuinely don't recommend this place.

-Overall excellence in craftsmanship and customer service at a very competitive price.-5/5 stars My experience with Donj started when I was looking for a jeweler to remove and resize a ring from my partner (after having tried all the methods to remove it at home). My partner worked until 5, and Donj was one of the only jewelers that had hours late enough to accommodate his schedule. My partner and I drove to their shop and were surprised and delighted that it wasn't a regular store-front. It was more of an office space with rooms and jewellery equipment, and I knew we were in the right place to get the job done. The ring was effortlessly and safely sawed off and resized within a day or so. I decided to trust Donj to commission a custom piece. I had a 1ct diamond and some other rings to melt down with smaller diamonds. With a few guidelines of what I wanted, Donj came back with a very professional mock-up and quote. There were delays due to Covid-19 closures, and I can admit that I wasn't always the easiest customer to deal with; but, Donj always maintained excellent customer service throughout.
