Bouza is an Amazing Ice-Cream shop that has unique ice-cream flavors that tastes so different from any other. You have to come and you will be talking about this Ice-Cream to your family and friends as a must try Ice-Cream Shop. On our first Visit we were greeted by the kindest employee and I will have to call him out by his first name because I want everyone to know how amazing his service is. William is the employees name and by the way he is with all the customers you would think he Owns the place and when I asked him he humbly said he was not the owner he is just an employee that loves to be of service to others. I hope the owners recognize how lucky they are to have him. I would hire him over so many people that work in the servicing industry. We always have to worry about the service we might receive since most are dissapointing, sad to say but it is the truth. Back to this employee that is so welcoming He was very patient and wanted us to sample as much of the ice-cream flavors as we wanted. It all tasted amazing and the portion were generous. We have already told everyone about this place and have returned a second time in less then 2 weeks and William Was there again with his amazing welcoming customer service. Hi I just had an bad experience today that i think you should be aware of : i ordered through uber eats 2kgs of ice cream for an amout or around 90$ i wrote in the notes please add cornets with the order and then i called to make sure that your aware of this. The employee that answered told me that she noticed the note but she cant do anything because there is an option that i should have added “cornets” in the uber options. I explained to her that even if i didnt do that she is able to charge me the amount related the cornets since its part of my request . She told me that she doesnt know how . I asked her to call uber she said that she doesnt know how without even trying and then i asked her to call the owner she replied that she doesnt know the number .
