McDonald's — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

So, I ordered food here, everything was fine. I ate some of my food and didn't finish my coffee. A woman staff member walked around mopping the floor and cleaning the tables, she asked me if I had finished eating as she wanted to take my tray. I told her that I hadn't finished eating. She then left. 5 minutes later I decided to order more food, I got up to go order food leaving my bag, smartphone and file on the table next to my tray. A minute later the same staff member took my tray away whilst I was ordering more food. I called her over politely and told her that I hadn't finished eating and that she had thrown my food away. She said ""don't worry, it happens, it's my job to clear the trays from the tables" I told her that I hadn't finished my food and that she should listen to customer instructions not to take a customer's tray away if they haven't finished their food. She was then speechless and appeared angry the rest of the time I was there. Of course I got no apology from her. Shocking but more importantly very strange and abnormal behaviour from one staff member. Be on the lookout for her! Otherwise a nice place to visit. This happened at 6pm today Friday...

Clearly the old folks that work around 5am are sabotaging the coffee trying to make sure no one goes to McDonald's during their shift. At this point they are actively trying to poison me on top of being super mean when they talk to you. 2days in a row I go, yesterday I had hot water with a bit of coffee taste and today I got an even worse coffee that gave me insane stomach pain for the entire day. Definitely never going there again, they could've put bleach or something in my coffee for me to feel that way. Unacceptable, can't believe the owners haven't noticed the McDonald is empty in the morning while Timmy is full, the lineup goes outside their parking because no one wants to get poisoned by the...

I waited 30 minutes for a coffee. 2 milk, 2 sugar. Once I got my coffee 30 minutes later, it was cream and not milk. I told them to change it for what I paid for and ordered. The manager came back and said she just make it for me as I wanted it. I thought ok thank you. Get into my car and was like, why doesn't my coffee feel hot? Open it and it's cold, like someone ordered it and didn't want it to she decided to give it to me! I went back inside and asked for the manager, i waited another 10 minutes for her, so I took it upon myself to walk stright behind to where they were "working" and brought it up! This is not the first time I've waited this long for a coffee! TERRIBLE...
