Mr. Puffs — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Mr Puffs provides their patrons with fried dough balls that remind me of Greek styled Loukoumades. Their version is egg-free, dairy-free and contain no preservatives, additives and are vegan friendly.... Aron, are you reading this??? Now, I'll admit that mumbo jumbo doesn't concern me as long as the taste fulfills my needs and it certainly does!!

There are a half a dozen or more varieties you can choose to coat these delicious fried dough balls such as honey, maple syrup and chocolate hazelnut (Nutella-like). They are delicious and the portions can either limited to be a snack, meal-sized or "i don't care to work today".

You can even split it up to have more than one variety in a box. A bit messy but surely you can make it work?!?

Prices are reasonable (the box of 30 for $10 is good for me) and the service I got was friendly and quick. Your mileage may vary as per prior Yelp reports.

For me, this dessert is best enjoyed between the piping hot you get it and cold. So it makes for a great quick snack but no so much (for me at least!) as something you pick up and eat an hour later or bring it along for a get together or potluck.

They also offer coffee of the cold and hot variety, something I plan to enjoy...

I was excited on my first visit. The place was busy. Line was getting long. So my turn came and there was this young beautiful girl at the cash. She was just standing there and talking to her co-worker. It's like she did not see me, until the guy in the back told her to serve. Awful experience on Saturday the 12th of May, 2018. Ordered over the phone to beat the rush as they advertise. I’m told in 15-20 minutes the order will be ready. I arrived at the St-Jean’s location 10-12 minutes later after the call. I waited 5-6 minutes before I got to the counter and inform them of my phone order. Everyone that was ahead of the line received their order and I still waited as if I did not place an order over the phone. I was waiting in the store for about 20 minutes. In fact someone after me received their order before me as they also placed their order over the phone.
