For over two decades, I have been a loyal and ardent supporter of your establishment, regarding your pizzas as nothing short of superb. Your crust, the perfect canvas for the symphony of toppings; your sauce, a recipe that surely must have been whispered into the chef’s ear by the culinary gods themselves. This pizzeria has not just been a place of dining but a part of my life’s routine, a thread woven into the fabric of many a fond memory.

However, it grieves me to report that my most recent encounter with your managerial staff has left a bitter taste in my mouth—one not even your delightful cheese blend can mask. Upon placing an order for your culinary masterpiece, I regrettably fell into slumber's deceptive embrace, making the receipt of my anticipated feast impossible. A mishap, yes, but I hoped for understanding given the years of unwavering patronage and the honest mistake at hand.

To my dismay, your manager displayed an unwavering stance, refusing subsequent orders and insisting on payment for the undelivered pizza. While I fully comprehend the inconvenience and acknowledge the lost resources on your part, I must express my sadness at the lack of compassion shown in handling this situation. Such rigidity seems misaligned with the warm service I have come to know.

It is with heavy heart that I contemplate the potential end of a gastronomic relationship spanning nearly a generation, all the more sorrowful as it is not the quality of your pizzas that ushers this consideration but rather an unfortunate discord with customer service—a facet as crucial as the food itself.

Though I find myself at the receiving end of what I perceive to be an unjust response - penalizing a long-time patron over a solitary lapse - I still hold your establishment in high regard and would not wish to detract from the culinary artistry you provide.

Thus, I pen this review not as a slander but as a hope—hope that perhaps there may yet be room for a resolution befitting the years of loyalty and affection. May we remember that behind every order, there is a human story and behind every human error, there is a chance for grace and understanding.

Update** I have adjusted the rating as the management handled this issue in a professional way and they reimbursed it. Staff are getting a proper training and after all their pizza is great

I am only giving this place a 2 star review. Not to deny, their pizza is good. But delivery service and staf 0. We had guests the other day and made an order on Uber for delivery at around 8:30, this restaurant uses their own drivers and not Uber's which make it for the Uber app not be able to track the deivers. On the app, it said that the order will be delivered in 40min. 1 hour later, no delivery yet, i called the restaurant and was answered litterally with no hi or hello "delivery or pick up?" I answered that i needed an update on my delivery, he answers "we are very busy, you are not the only client, all orderes are on the way" and hung up. 30mins later, still not delivered. I called the restaurant again only to hear on the automatic reply that they are closed for the day. Thank you, my guests left...

I never wrote a review for a pizza place but I feel this one deserved one. It was late at night and me and my friends we're throwing a nice party and of course when drinking alcohol the only way to level everything out is with some good food !! One of my friends told me that this place was a 5 min walk from his place and that the submarines we're out of this world. I took his opinion lightly since a pizza place never really stands out from other pizza places....lets be honest. So i went and I got one of their signature submarines. The moment I took my first bite I felt like Anthony Bourdain, trying the best submarine Montreal could ever offer. I don't remember the last time I had food so good that it had such an impact but Ouest-Antonios definitely made me lives those memories again. The girl at the cash was also very pleasant !
