I went there today, with one friend and then two more friends joined us, we ordered a shisha while talking then our friends arrived, we then asked the waiter to give change the charcoal on the shisha and he said ok but then ignored us, we were waiting for the charcoal change to order our food but the waiter never came, they changed the charcoals on every other table except us until it’s been an hour and the shisha became nasty, i then got up and paid 40$ for one shisha and 3 waters and gave the waiter a 10$ tip even though the service was ridiculous and the waiters all ignored us because they thought we were not going to order more, all the waiters ignored only our table, do not recommend, all this happened because we were taking our time to order while we had a shisha and waters, waiters there will ignore you if they think you won’t order much. I used to be a loyal customer of Castello. I used to go 2 to 3 times per week when I say I used to go I mean that I would no longer go again because the last couple of times really the Shisha was very bad. They either reduced the quantity of tobacco or shisha become obsolescences which exceed its life time and need to be replaced. I have highlight this fact, too many people who work there without mentioning their name and every time they still give me very bad Shisha. I’m not happy, but I need just to highlight my point of view that Castillo is no more like before. I think that management needs to pay attention of this deteriorating shisha quality. People go there for shisha first, then to eat or drink. It is not a cheap place to have shisha whether or not they have license. So, I should expect to have a very good shisha which is not the case anymore....

Bad customer service. Waiter did not greet us when we walked in We had to call him to get a table. We waited about 15 minutes on table he did not even bother to take our order, we had to call him again. Mint tea was good, shisha was average... Guess what happend after 45 minutes...... waiter comes to our table with the bill and says he is finishing his shift and he wants to take the payment. I made the payment in cash he is still asking if I want the give the change as tip of course not. I said no tip for the bad service he went back came back with $4.10 change with no receipt and throws on the table. Come on man I'm having a conversation and drinking my tea. We walked out after the payment waste of money. Disgusting service. Never...
