Pizza Morado — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Bad/No customer service ..I'm a student at home recently moved here and I called this place to order delivery and after ordering and waiting over an hour and a half they tell me theres no pizza coming because they have an issue with prank calls and my phone isnt answering. After taking the time to verify i'm a real customer and new to the area if they can verify in another way , they kept saying they receive alot of prank calls and so basically I wasnt a real customer with a real order. Waste of my precious study time. Not worth it. A good business should take the time to understand and hear the customers and believe them! I told them if i was a prank call why would I still be on the phone with them and I was willing to prove myself any other way and was here waiting with the money wondering whats going on. Initially before ordering I tried to call and the women said oh this isnt the number to call,yet its the number posted online for their store and didnt give any other number for me to call.I think the customer service here is a prank. Just moved to the area and was looking for good pizza for me and the kids, ordered a peperoni pizza, a chicken and black olive pizza and a poutine.. The pizza is like half burnt, Chicken seems like its been in the fridge for days i had to pick it off, Peperoni is rubber. Fries is so oily and discusting seems liek its been sitting there all day and they just added sauce to make it poutine. so i grew up in italy and this pizza really brought back some great memories. the cheese pizza is very good and the bread has such a perfect satifiying fluffy texured and it smells like heaven in there. i never had mozarella with such a good melt the sweet and tangy marinara sauce was 10/10. and the customer service was great they were all so nice and the boss always had a big smile on his face. 10/10...
