I had the pleasure of being served by Aline at Omda, and I can honestly say she made the entire experience unforgettable. I was so disappointed for the first time after being their client for more than a year.

My friends and i ordered 4 drinks and shisha, my friends received wrong drinks, i received my drink 20-25 minutes later and my friends were already done their drinks.

They didn’t let us choose the table we wanted even though they had enough tables.

Finally, they forced us to pay the tips at the pourcentage they wanted (15%).
