Starbucks — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been going there for over three years every morning almost. When I get there, they always call me my name as soon as I walk in even if there are many people in line. They make my coffee exactly how I like it and I am a picky, coffee drinker. They know my order by heart I didn’t even have to give it in advance by the time I pay my order is usually always ready. People have to stop complaining about the long time. Wait, everywhere at the moment people are understaffed. And you cannot complain about the service. These people are beyond too friendly and kind. Worst Starbucks ever. Its a 3 star for a reason. Drive through or going inside employees are extremely slow. Not only you wait 30 mins then they don’t make the drink properly. Not to mention I need to go wait in line AGAIN. Yesterday they messed up 2 drinks.. tasted literally like sink water... and i get told there closing nothing they can do when i just placed my order 5 Mins ago . I had to tell the girl im not accepting my drinks that i PAID for to taste like sink water. Not to mention the attitude and dirty looks we received. And then to receive a drink i didn’t order. We have been to many Starbucks and order multiple coffees several times a week. Since converting to paper cups the drinks were not visibly satisfying as you can not see the caramel lining, the fruit etc. Just not appealing anymore to drink out of this paper cups so decided to buy our own glass cups so we can enjoy our drinks like before and the size of the cups are equivalent to Trenta. Multiple times our coffees were empty but never at this Starbucks! The 440 Starbucks has amazing staff and the most kindest and sweetest barista is ZOEY.
