Sushi Shop — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Very disappointed. I ordered online and when I came the worker was on the phone with another client. No big deal. Then 10 mins goes by and a man arrives after me. He decides to go to the side to show that he was only there to pick up an order so I decided to tell him that I am also just there for this reason. Nonetheless, he skips me and once the worker ended the call she served him first (since at that point he cut in line in front of me). I was very frustrated and disappointed because she clearly saw me come in first and decided to serve him first instead. This is unacceptable behaviour and very disrespectful. After that she started doing other things and disregarded me so I had to tell her that I also want to pick up my order. I feel like those things don’t matter to me most of the time but this time I was in a hurry and I ordered for a specific time. She also saw me and still decided to serve him...

This location does not take allergies seriously. You have to follow them for every step. I told them that I’m allergic to shellfish and asked them if it was ok to order from them. They said yes, made me pay and then started my order. I saw that the woman was putting crab in my order, so I just repeated that I was allergic….the woman literally started yelling at me 😳 I reminded her that I asked if it was ok before I ordered, she kept yelling and having a huge attitude. Service was absolutely unacceptable!!! I will never go back there and absolutely do not recommend this...

Where should I start? 15$ and the bowl is empty! No fish no Vegetables in it. I thought it was a mistake went back to the store, told them it is a probably a mistake, if they can fix it. The guy was rude, started arguing and refused to change it or even giving me a refund after a long discussion where he rather spend 10min screaming at me instead of adding some lettuce and be done with it. This is not the first time I eat this poke bowl at a sushi shop, but this is first time I experience this. Avoid this location...
