Thai Express Restaurant Laval — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

If I could rate 0, I would, I ordered tai with chicken and pineapple. Honestly, I wish I could find pineapple or chicken in that food! The bowl is full of rice, 2 fingernail size canned pineapples, I am not exaggerating there were indeed 2 tiny pineapples. As for chicken, old fried bread with no chicken pieces inside. Horrible food, so horrible I went back and complained and said that one should have respect for other’s work people do hard work for a full hour or even more to earn 20 dollars and tou guys sell garbage wasting other’s money. I put their food in the garbage and of course they won’t refund, they suggested to replace but who would take another garbage food. They say if you touched the food they can’t refund. What does that mean, are they planning to offer it to someone else? Or how I am supposed to know that the food does not contain all the ingrédients or they ingredients are old and taste like nothing without tasting it. Worst customer service in the weekend ever, they screwed our kids order 2 times and when we went to fix or get money back and the lady and guy Incharge said “ I DONT CARe ´ we always take general thao Chicken with noodles because my kids only eat with noodles and they gave wrong ordered 2 times.. didn’t get our money Said «  I don’t care 5 times

The lady at the drive through always with LONG FACE SAD ANGRY AND NEVER SAY HELLO OR DOES NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO GREATING THE CUSTOMERS AND ALWAYS MESSES UP THE ORDER..

I was very disappointed with the chicken in my meal—it was completely over-fried and burnt. The pieces were so crusty and hard that they were almost impossible to chew, and when I did manage to bite into them, there was barely any actual chicken left inside. It felt like biting into a hard shell with no substance.
