Always good service at St-Martin's location, but when I make an exception and go to this one on Industriel, I'm always disappointed.
Whenever I have to take highway 440 and decide to go there instead, this place always astonishes me about how badly it is managed. They seem to always lack enough employees or organisation skills for effective food preparation, so I try to go there only for drinks, but today I dared to order a meal even if I knew this issue.
After paying by the window, they made EVERY driver that ordered food move up further after the window to wait for their order to be ready, so they made us wait longer because they weren't rushed by their timer. Then, they asked an employee to go outside to HAND DELIVER each order one by one directly to our car window in the summer heat. They shouldn't be asked to do that, this is a DRIVE-THROUGH, not a DRIVE-IN. Make an extra window like at McDonald's for longer orders if you're gonna do that, or prepare better accordingly.

But thankfully other lady came in and checked said yeah it is not good itâs all burned. So he has to redo my bagel. And i asked the guy if he can change his gloves as he started cleaning the station in between but he ignored and put my bagel in the toaster like that. I had to ask the lady again that he is cleaning and working with the same gloves. Washing hands were far he is not even changing the gloves. The lady ask him for the same but he went to take other customers order and came back to give me bagel with the same gloves. On top of that the bagel is not even toasted this time.    Read moreWorst experience ever. Tim Hortons currently has a promotion on their protein lattes. I went through the drive-thru and ordered one. They charged me for the latte, then asked me to pull up to the front. I waited about five minutes until someone finally came outâwithout any professionalismâjust to tell me they were out of the protein lattes. I said that was fine and asked for a regular latte instead. Another 10 minutes went by, and I still hadnât received anything. I went back to the drive-thru window to ask what was going on. Thatâs when I witnessed three employees literally passing the blame to each other. One said, âI didnât do it.â Another replied, âOh well, I didnât do it either.â Then the third chimed in with, âDonât look at me, I didnât do it.â So apparently, no one made my drink.
