if i could give a zero I would….I had gone to this Tim Hortons drive through and ordered a croissant with Nutella and cold coffee and mentioned I wanted extra ice in my coffee and a warmed up croissant..all was confirmed and once i got to the window I noticed i had no extra ice and croissant was cold. I returned the croissant and told the lady I wanted it warm and I didn’t have extra ice. She proceeded to add ice and with attitude took my croissant and put it in the microwave and when she returned told me they don’t warm croissants and that she won’t be warming it the next time. As I proceeded to speak to tell her that I will not be back so their won’t be a next time she closed the window in my face while I was speaking. If I wasn’t late for work I would have gone in and made a scene!! Who treats their customers like this??? The owner should be ashamed to have employees like that and should seriouly reevaluate the quality of staff they have working for them! The lady in question was Philipino and not young. I am disgusted by this tim Hortons and honestly that woman should be fired. If if Thanks to her myself and many other people I know who go their will not be going back. Read moreRude staff. We got to the window and forgot two iced coffees in our order, so we nicely asked if it'd be possible to add them to the order. No one was behind us, we asked politely, but the woman at the window said 'she can't do that' and then complained about us to her coworker saying 'ben la yaurait pu le dire avant' loud enough that we were able to hear her. It had happened to me to forget something in my order at another Tim Hortons on Cure-Labelle, and they were nice enough to at least go see if they could add it for me and they ended up being able to do it. Also, I don't know if that's the way to deal with it, but my sister's Tim Hortons card on the app wouldn't scan, so the other girl working just told us "ben je sais pas pourquoi ca marche pas, t'ira le chercher sur Internet, mais pas maintenant". They were fighting in the back, when they come one off your employees was very very rough and rude first after she did my order very bad first I ask 2 cafes and ice cup, 4 beagle. First cafe was old and cold and not what I order and when I told sorry the cafe is cold she give me a rude look, she did not change it. Sacand: The 4 beagle we did not eat it. It was good to put in the garbage because there where cramp of other food there was jam and am allergic to strawberry jam. I pay 40$ to put in the garbage.
