Why are we having so many problems in Tim's now??? I came to this location at 10:30 this morning and ordered a BLT sandwich and a beverage. The service was slightly above average and my sandwich was awful. My first bite tasted really bad. It was obvious something was well past it's prime. I opened my sandwich and quickly found the reason for my foul tasting sandwich. The only piece of lettuce in the sandwich was all moldy. Why don't employees care about what they serve their clients. They should also be taught that food that has gone bad shouldn't be served period. I removed the offensive lettuce and ate my lunch. I went back to inform the cashier about the situation with my sandwich. She very politely asked if I wanted to speak to the manager...I politely declined.
