Remarkable Birthday Experience at Cosmodome!

We recently celebrated my son’s birthday at Cosmodome and it was truly exceptional! From start to finish, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations.

My son and his sister love Cosmodome and visit regularly, so he was eager to celebrate his birthday there. However, due to ongoing renovations specifically for birthday celebrations (the rest of the place was fully operational), they advised us that the first available date for his age group would be in the first week of December. My son was so excited that we decided to postpone his celebration—and I’m so glad we did!

The reservation process was seamless. The staff was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions promptly and making the booking effortless.

On the day of the celebration, the team went above and beyond. They greeted us warmly, provided a chariot for our belongings, and ensured that the party room was spacious and comfortable for all the kids and parents.

The highlight of the party was the interactive mission for the kids. Two staff members guided the children, accompanied by two parents, through a collaborative, educational, and super fun activity that lasted about an hour and a half. The kids were thrilled, engaged, and completely safe in the enclosed space. As parents, we appreciated how hassle-free it was—we could relax and enjoy some time to ourselves, confident that the kids were in great hands.

After the mission, the kids were brimming with excitement and couldn’t stop talking about their adventure. We then cut the cake—which was included in the package—and it was fantastic! I had initially considered bringing another cake because I wasn’t sure about the quality, but the included cake was delicious, and everyone loved it.

On top of everything, Cosmodome surprised my son with a gift—a robot toy—and even gave him two free tickets for his next visits. This generous gesture truly made him feel special and capped off an already incredible day.

The party room was reserved for us from 1:00 to 4:30 PM. Even when we stayed a little past the time due to a late start, the staff was kind and accommodating, never rushing us.

We received so many compliments from parents and kids alike. In fact, two kids mentioned they now want to celebrate their birthdays at Cosmodome!

GREAT PLACE - TERRIBLE FOOD...I booked a B-day party for my girl, the experience was great, the team coordinating everything was great, my daughter and her friends had so much fun! I fully recommend it for kids really interested on the theme. !!!!! BUT!!!! the issue was with their vendor for the food and beverages. Be careful!! you MUST get all food from them and the SERVICE AND FOOD was terrible. I ordered Pizzas, coffee, cheese and veggies platters. The coffee jar was empty, it was supposed to last for 12 cups but it only had 2. OK they refilled it and at that point was not a big issue but once we got the food, we said: C'MON! The Pizzas were all burnt out and cold!! we didn't get enough juices for all the kids and the veggies all dried out and terrible... The personnel from the cafeteria (their vendor) left so there was no one to answer for the food (They close at 5pm so of course at 4:50 people left . The people from the Cosmodome tried to contact them to no avail and help us to warm the pizzas (1 slice at a time!!) so the party not only ended half an hour or more late but it was a very stressful time for us and the parents who by that time had arrived pick up their kids. I know the food is not expected to be the best one on a kids party, but one is expecting the minimum and what we got was not that. That company is unprofessional and it affected the Cosmodome reputation! The supplier name is "LA BRIGADE VOLANTE" be careful...
