Presotea — Restaurant in Leamington

Paid for 3 drinks, tap didn't go through. Tried pin, it worked, but the machine didn't print out a receipt. Can see on bank records the money was taken from my account. Staff told me the transaction didn't go through, and to try the transaction again. I refused, because the transaction obviously went through, and staff followed by showing me a receipt describing the failed (tap) transaction, but told me there existed no receipt related to the pin transaction - not for a failed or successful transaction, just no receipt at all. Its been over 10 days since, and I've not heard back from them or the bank following one call later that day telling me they still had no record of transaction. It's not a huge amount of money, but a pretty souring experience even if it was entirely a mistake on the part of them, the debit machine, or the bank. Moreover, this is the second time I've had an experience like this at this specific location. After two, I won't be returning to this location. I asked for a smoothie and double checked with the cashier that I want smoothies and I got slushies when I told her I want a refund she was arguing and took 15 minutes to give me a refund after arguing with her. Excellent place to get your boba tea fix. Have tried a bunch of different drinks here and have enjoyed them all. My fave right now is the brown sugar panda milk or the fresh mango slush with aloe.
