I am only given 2 stars because although the bread is tasty the service I got today by an older Mexican or Latin lady was terrible. There used to be a young Latin lady who was very polite and bagged everything for you. I was very disappointed today with the service by the older lady at the counter. She asked if we wanted a bag which they didn't charge before and we said yes and she just tossed the bag at us and didn't even care to give us a bill, she just went on to serve the next clients without acknowledging us. I felt like I was buying at a supermarket as no cashier bag for you anymore. I can't say it was because the place was packed because she had other staff there that could've taken care of the other clients. She probably thought we were not worth of her time. However, the chocolate filling wasn’t the best in terms of quality—it felt a bit basic. That said, it totally brought back memories from my childhood, so I can’t complain too much!
