Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Leamington

This review is about THIS particular Tim's. What a HORRIBLE place, with rabidly nasty staff.

Crystal, a customer-interfacing employee, came close to shouting f-bombs at me. There were 7 people inside the store a little after 9am on September 30th 2022, and we were being ignored by staff. When I politely asked if anyone was going to acknowledge the presence of the customers inside, Crystal shouted they were busy and to apply for a job if I didn't like it (!!!!). No manager came to see what the issue was. When I answered that I would write a Google review about her, she said "go ahead I don't care". I typically go to that store at 5 am. This is my second time in the 9am time. The last time I was there at 9 am about 2 months ago there was someone verbally abusing a customer. This is what staff does when the place is busy, abuse customers.

I just want a coffee and the occasional donut from Tim Hortons. I do not need to be insulted. I will not be going to that store ever again. I will also follow up with corporate...

An older woman that works night shift is absolutely ignorant to the core, very demands and abrupt no concept of customer relations I had a thermos and mug filled and she asked for my lids (and I’ll give that for being somewhat polite) and I said no (cause I don’t want my seals to be broken which has happened before) which she would barely let me explain. Than she demanded it for customer policy and I instructed her to just put the lids on and not tighten them and as she walks by she says “do you think I’m stupid?” And I said “you never know these days” just very rude to customers. I asked for her name cause noticed no name tag and I wonder why She refused, I asked if she understood what customer relations meant and ignorantly spouted back “yes” and I said what do you call this and she says I was nice and spouted the politically correct technical rules which nobody ever asks me for my lids,, ever Just for her attitude...

I waited over 20 min in drive thru to order an Oreo ice cap. I get to window and they tell me sorry out of Oreos. So I was stuck in drive thru and couldn't get out until the line has moved. I proceeded to a different tim Hortons and again another lengthy wait but I got what I wanted. When I told them the situation the worker said that's interesting cause they just got a shipment yesterday. The staff was also extremely slow. It's not a drive thru it's a drive wait. Total disappointment today 😡

Update: I visited this location again. Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese on English muffin. Requested I wanted the muffins toasted with butter. Come out with no sausage, not toasted or buttered. I go back to have them remake, it was NOT toasted and the bread tasted old and stale. I am done with this location. They do NOT. Listen well to instructions. I will be going to another location....
