I have phoned multiple times for 3 weeks now requesting a manager get in contact with me to correct the situation. Don't even bother with this buisness. 😠
I just had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at this store. We requested to have a wrap custom done as there is sensitivity to some of the ingredients. The worker refused because they didn't have enough product in the back. (Which is fine.) Then we realized when we got to the vehicle that we needed to bring an extra wrap home. Sent my boyfriend inside to order an additional wrap - and they said they'd have to make it because they didn't have another made. So my boyfriend asked - oh? So you have the product in the back to make it? And the worker said they had JUST found the product in the back? ..... So the worker was just lazy and didn't want to make our customs when we ordered the first time. Drove home- and one of the wraps was not even the wrap we ordered!? It was Chipotle? The person who bit into it is allergic to Chipotle! The wraps were cold. Like - biting into the wrap was repulsive. Even though they grilled jt? We live less than 5 minutes away, there is 0 reason as to why it should be cold. I phoned them to let them know the mistakes that had been made and they said they couldn't do a thing about it? Couldn't replace it, or reimburse it? Nothing!
What a nightmare!? I dropped $40 on this? Never seen an employee care less about their job honestly. I hope to hear from management on this issue and have it...
Read moreBooster juice was OK. Went in and immediately felt like I offended the employees with my presence. Taylor looked like she hated her job. I asked questions about some of the new juices and she did not want to answer my questions. We got our booster juices they were half mixed. Both drinks need to be reblended at home. One still has massive chunks of frozen yougurt and the other one has full chuncks of fruit. Neither of them could be drank through a straw. I know it’s just booster juice, but there was no care for customer service and zero quality control. Will not go back to this location until the staff at least pretend to enjoy...

One person working on a weekend isn't enough to be efficient, so although I ordered on the app and was supposed to wait 8 minutes, I waited more than twice as long - only for the person working not to call out my name and tuck my smoothie in a fridge instead.
