Red Swan Pizza - Lethbridge West — Restaurant in Lethbridge

Upon recommendation I tried Red Swan on the westside for the first time. Lack of toppings is an understatement, crust tasted like the cardboard box. One of the 3 pizzas I ordered was a beef taco and the main toppings are lettuce, fresh tomato and sour cream, all of which were missing (picked up a took home and too far to go back so just ate the basic cheese pizza with about 6 jalapenos and 5 pieces of beef) Terrible experience, terrible tasteless pizza. I'm guessing positive reviews are either paid for or friends and family. Update; The manager of the westside location reached out to me. He was very apologetic and offered to make me not 1, but 3 medium pizzas to make up for the mistake. I have to say, my opinion changed. The pizzas were made perfectly and tasted great. I didn't want to delete my original review, but amend it showing that customer service is key and such a competitive market like pizza places. Could there have been some things done better? Sure! I placed an online pick up order for my girls birthday party and the wait time said around 20 minutes. My wife went to get the 2 pizzas 30 minutes later. The lady there said "can I help you?" and my wife said she was there to pick up the order. She told her they haven't even started it yet and it will be 5 minutes, which is a lie because anyone knows it would take longer. She went back into the kitchen talking to her buddies and came out ten minutes later and literally asked my wife again "can I help you?". Unbelievable. When my wife said she was still there to pick up the order she told her again it will be another 5 minutes. This isn't the first bad experience we've had with the runners of this pizza place as I've had rotten veggies before on mine also. Will never order...

We ordered from Red Swan Lethbridge West this week after a hectic day; we were hungry and attracted to the price point & time line (told pizza would be delivered within 45 mins). After over an hour we called to check in and they said they were having difficulty with deliveries but were making us a fresh order and would be at our door in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes our pizza still had not arrived (one hour and 40 minutes since ordering) we requested a refund of sorts. They offered us 50% off our next order, we declined due to not living on the west side. They stated they would send us a refund via etransfer since the order had been placed online.
