I recently visited Quesada Burritos, and I have to say, it was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had in a food store. From the moment we parked our car, walked in, we were subjected to the unsettling gaze of one of the employees ( a guy) . This wasn’t just a casual glance; it was a continuous, piercing stare that followed us around the entire time.
The employee’s behavior was not only unprofessional but downright creepy. It felt like we were being watched like hawks, which made what should have been a quick, enjoyable visit to grab some food feel more like an interrogation than a pleasant dining experience. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and made us feel incredibly uneasy.
It's disappointing because Quesada Burritos used to be a place where we enjoyed eating. However, this experience has seriously made us reconsider returning. I strongly urge the management to address this issue immediately. Customers should feel safe and comfortable, not like they're being watched every second. If this is the level of customer service we can expect, we'll be taking our...
Read moreIm from out of town but am staying in Lethbridge for a few days for work. I ordered a bowl on Uber eats after work today and it was laughably bad.. first off I don’t think it came with any sauce. Just a dry bowl of lettuce and rice. I paid extra for grilled chicken, when it arrived I thought something was a little strange as they were trying to hide the one or two minuscule pieces of chicken that they had put on the bowl. Being hungry from work I devoured this thing. I realized at about the end of the bowl something in there had to be bad as I started throwing up about 10 minutes after eating it, and haven’t stopped yet. It’s hard anytime to pin point where food poisoning comes from. That being said I don’t eat lunch at work and I hadn’t been sick all day from breakfast. Food safety aside. This was the worst e tasting bowl I’ve ever had. As if it wasn’t bad enough I had to taste it twice.. It was hard to believe they have the ratings that they do here. I would NOT recommend this place to a friend lol....
Read moreThis was an awesome recent find of mine! I won a $30 gift certificate from the radio to this place, which led me to find one of my new favourite “fast food” places. Think of this place as a subway where you make tacos and burritos instead of a sub sandwich. You get to choose what toppings you want and the size and everything else. The flavour is great and the servings are very generous. I’m a big guy and I have a hard time finishing a large burrito from here in one sitting. The workers here are phenomenal! Even if it is busy they will try to have a conversation with you and make your day better. ALSO... the guacamole and beans, along with almost everything else is made right there at the restaurant. It isn’t packaged up elsewhere and sent there to simply be warmed up... you can see the slow cookers and pressure cookers in the back making the fresh batches of everything as you order your food. GO GET SOMETHING...
