Very upset! i pull up at the drive through at precisely 10:44 pm to order my 2 Jr chicken King deal for $4.99 and because I had ordered onion rings, they told me to park in the front... I WAITED 10 MINUTES!!! for my order to finally come out! mean while, they were locking up, turning off the lights as if they are about to CLOSE! Last I checked, the store was open TIL 11:00PM!!! At least in the dining room area. According to their website, they are to be open UNTIL 3:00AM FOR THE DRIVE - THRU!!! Also, my food was cold, not fresh, and when i went to do the survey, they only allow ONE SURVEY EVERY FOURTEEN DAYS!!! This means that i have to resort to making my reviews here on a daily basis. The mozzarella sticks were very overdone, chicken fries overcooked as well. Order time was 1:00 p.m. very clearly I was sent the lunch crowd leftovers. I was going to do the online survey, but the first piece of information was missing, that was necessary to proceed. I called the location to get the store info, and nobody answered....went to voicemail and mailbox was full, call was disconnected. How convenient, when a customer wants to complete the survey!! We seen the drive thru had 5 or 6 vehicles lined up so we went inside not 1 person so we gave the order and the lady on till must have been first day cause everything was messed right up so we where patient for that. The kicker is that we waitied over 20min inside with masks on. So when the manager that looked like he didnt have a clue of what was going on said sorry its was the most horrible sorry for the wait i have ever heard and we said its not really what we had planed for a 20min wait inside and the manager acted like we didnt even say anything the most disrespectful person or a manager i have ever came in contact with.
