Here’s the deal…I fully acknowledge I’m “old school” …AKA “old” - I actually expect good service when I enter a food establishment - even when “just” fast food.
The only reason for any stars at all is the beautiful new interior. What a shame the place is completely empty - apparently the word’s out that the service/food is dismal.
Let me illustrate! I’ve eaten at Burger King twice in the last three days as my spouse has had an unexpected hospital stay and I’ve appreciated BK food/value/service in the past.
First time Monday night, 8:30. Place is empty. Drive they is empty. Upon entry the only front counter staff is in the dining room…not cleaning but yacking on the phone. Okay…um…she’ll hang up when she serves me, right? Nope!! Carries on with her conversation the entire time she’s “assisting” me…okay…not okay!
This morning (I believe in second chances) I went for breakfast. I arrived by 9:30 but breakfast menu was no longer displayed. I asked if I could still get breakfast. “Yes” - disgruntled response. I don’t know the menu so I asked for some suggestions - he provided a couple. I ended up ordering a breakfast croissant and French toast sticks. Shouldn’t that come with syrup? Maybe not. Regardless, the breakfast sandwich was stone cold. Again - restaurant is empty - zero people - no drive through either - but my breakfast is cold. Hmmmm.
Sorry Burger King, but unless you step up and do some serious staff retraining all that money put into lovely renovations will be a complete waste because y’all going to be shutting down 😪. Raise the bar.

Read moreAs a former employee from many many years ago i’m extremely disappointed in quality control, ambition, and service I received yesterday June 1st 2024. at 9:47pm my wife and I brought our daughter with us through the drive thru because we were running errands till late and figured we would get something quick and easy, we ordered our food and were asked to park out front so i was like cool the food will be freshly cooked!! well it wasn’t, we waited 20 mins for our food to receive it cold, fries were rock hard and both burger and chicken sandwich were barely warm, the mazza sticks were stiff and didn’t seem freshly cooked ether, we called it in after and the lady gave us a hard time saying she could only replace the fries and kids meal yet i’m convinced it was what ever they had left and we’re just too lazy to get it done, I have tried to recontact them this morning since we basically threw out the food because we did know if we could trust it at that point but now no one will answer the phone!!! I’ve never felt so disrespected at a fast food restaurant. I was calmly clarifying something with one staff member through the ordering system when a second staff member abruptly jumped in, acting completely belligerent and unprofessional.
When I got to the window, she falsely accused me of being loud and saying things I never said. Without any explanation, she suddenly said, “I’m not going to serve you. Please go ahead,” and closed the window on me. I was completely shocked and confused — I had no idea what I supposedly did wrong.
This level of hostility and rudeness from staff is beyond unacceptable. I came for food, not to be disrespected and humiliated. Burger King, you seriously need to look into the behavior and training of your staff at...
