I went to eat there on June 19, 2019. I noticed that none of the regular guys were there. It was all new staff. I ordered the 2 patty with Reg Fries and a drink. This was the worst meal I had ever had at Five Guys. The fries were White (Hardly Cooked enough) and the burger was awful ( Patties were Dry as Sawdust and nothing about it tasted right ) I notice that the few other patrons eating, were eating. During my meal I received a phone call and could barely hear the person calling as the sound system was way too loud. I threw away my food and go up to the cash and ask for the manager who was a young lady dancing to the radio in the kitchen. I gave her my comments and she put my name in a little notepad and told me that they would replace my meal for free on my next visit. Well you know the saying; "Fool Me Once" etc.. I went back today (June 24) and was served my free meal. The fries were cooked slightly better and so were the Patties. You could not hear yourself think between the sound system and now the staff were talking so loud that we could all hear what they were saying. And you know what?,the taste I had grown accustomed to just wasn't there. So from now on I will keep my $17 and you know the rest; SHAME ON ME,...
Read moreFive Guys describes itself as "an American fast casual restaurant chain focused on hamburgers, hot dogs, and French fries". The burger menu is broken into different size burgers with cheese, bacon, or cheese and bacon options. There are a number of free toppings that can be added to the burger option chosen, at no extra charge. I ordered a cheeseburger, with a number of toppings. It was delicious EXCEPT, they use processed cheese slices which I think turns a premium burger into an ordinary burger. (e.g. A&W uses real Canadian cheddar on their burgers). I wouldn't pay the upcharge for processed cheese. It would be a plus if they added real cheese options (cheddar. mozza,...) for their cheeseburgers.
The fries are fresh-cut and very tasty, and I had a sip of my friends milkshake which was delicious.
Friendly staff, quick service and pretty good food. All-in-all, a...
Read moreOrdered a regular fries, baby cheese burger and a drink. The burger was extremely good (but a little smaller?) not greasy, nice big pieces of lettuce and tomato. But I was surprised and disappointed with the fries. I distinctly remember getting more in a baby servings than I did this regular serving and the amount of salt was inedible. A regular fountain drink for $3 seemed a bit excessive. Restaurant was clean, bathrooms we're clean and stocked and the staff was Pleasant. Noticed the price of Milkshakes are nearly $6, I realize they have overhead but these aren't Gourmet in quality or that significant in size. 2 baby cheeseburgers, one regular fry and a regular fountain drink came to $28... Doesn't really seem right. I could have got two full combos at Wendy's for $20 with very minimal difference of burger quality. Don't think I'll be back...
