I waited 5 minutes to place my order to dine-in, I ordered a mc double dressed like a mac with extra sauce as a meal with a large pop and an extra mc double. I asked the man who took my order if they had a band-aid because my son accidentally pinched his thumb in between the front door (door was closing and my son went to try and catch it before it closed and right before it closed; a inch away the door speeded up and closed fast causing the door to pinch my sons thumb. Thos doors are heavy) and it started bleeding. The man (jati) went to go look for a band-aid, came back and said they had nothing; I asked him to ask his manager because that was a health and safety concern for not only their customers but their staff also, that they have to have a first aid kit on site. The manager Virasat gave me one look and told me "we ran out of band-aids" I tried to explain what had happen but he raised his voice and told me they had no more band-aids. So I went to the bathroom (which was gross, toilet paper everywhere, smelt supper bad, water was all over the counter) to wash my sons thumb, tried to dry it but the dryer did not work and there was no toilet paper in both stalls; so I had to goto the pop station and get napkins to dry and wrapped my sons bleeding thumb up. They called my order number and I received 2 mc doubles and one large pop cup. I asked the man who took my order where my fries were and he told me you didn't ask for any, I then told him no I asked for it to be "as a meal with a large pop", that he owed me a medium fries because it was not my fault he did not hear me. He argued with me and told me (accusing me of lying) that I only ordered the two mc doubles with a large pop. I asked to talk to the manager and told him what was going on that it's not my fault he didn't get my order right, that they owed me a medium fries. The manager argued with me and forced me to pay, told me it was $3.07 the first time, layed out my change on the counter; then got mad and told me its $3.87, at thus point I was fustrated and said see this is why I asked for the meal because now I'm paying more, layed out my $3.90 just for him to only take the $3.00. I asked for my receipt because I was going to do both surveys, the manager then tells me very rudely I gave you the receipts and said yes please do fill out both surveys. I asked for his name he told me I cant give you that information and I told him yes you can that's why you all wear name tags, gave me both his name and the man who took my order. I then went to look for a spot to sit only to find all the tables dirty and the floor was sticky, I was able to find a decent table to eat at. While I was eating I couldn't help but notice both men were supper kind and helpful to the Caucasians but were rude to people of color, when both men of color too. Both me and my son felt uncomfortable so I went to ask for ketchup and the manager gave me ketchup and rolled his eyes at me. At this point I was over it and knew I was going to expose both of them on social media; because both me and my son did not deserve to be accused of lying, charged more for our 1 meal (then when I called them out on charging me more for my meal. The manager quickly gave me back 90 cents) left to bleed around in their dirty bathroom and dinning area. I feel like I was racially profiled as an indigenous women and because my son has long hair they probably thought he was a girl therefore, the quality of our customer service was down grated and how dare a indigenous women stand up for her rights. This is not the first time I was accused of lying to make it a meal instead was charged more for individual items. I've always had to pay more because the person from this establishment never hears me say "as a meal" like why would I lie about that just to pay for all my items...
Read moreOn Oct 8, 2023 I was asked to park and wait for fresh hot food as the drive though associate said. I parked and left for home. Got home and it was like my order was 30 mins old and not fresh like I was promised. I called to talk to the supervisor. She started Shouting that she could not hear me, so I spoke up to her level of speaking to me. Then she hung up because she was not being heard and said she didn't need to listen to me. Blocked and screened my call until I used another number. Once I explained to a male associate that answered the phone, I can hear the lady and that she was arguing with a male associate, while trying to listen what I was calling about, all of a sudden she grabs the phone and then starts narrating what happened-that I was screaming and started to justify her side of the story, while not giving me her name, I have no receipt, and then says that I could be lying to get free food. In the end I was told she will put it in the books and to come in person for next time. Just provide my name, number, and my order. Well I finally went back today Oct 14, 2023 before noon and was told that I can't have anything because she is losing out on $50.33 and that was too much for her to lose out on. I had my 2 children witness how much she was lying. She couldn't even just go look in her books, she just started touching the napkins all around her, couldn't give me her name for accountability and transparency for a report. So I took her photo. She said she was going to report me. I took the photo for proof of the person whom I was dealing with and to report this and the intial incident. They have cameras, they must have accountability chains and policies...
Read moreOrdered a mobile order showed up at the parking spot and put in my spot number. Watched about 4 cars get their food and leave. 3 more cars showed up watched them get their orders and drive away. I finally get my order after about 15 to 20 min of waiting... checked the order and it wasn't right. So had to drag my kids and the food into McDonald's. They were obviously in the midst of a lunch rush and so I planned on waiting patiently. Waited about 5 min when I noticed one staff member wandering around looking like a lost puppy not doing anything. She just was standing around avoiding eye contact with me. I eventually said excuse me as she got closer to the counter but was ignored. Figured maybe she didn't hear me and said excuse me 2 more times... she ignored me and avoided eye contact as she stood in front of the till. I walked over to her and told her my issue with my food and she proceeded to try and tell me to wait and interrupt me but I told her my issue she didn't say much and passed it onto someone else. I made sure to make note of her name tag which her name was Joy. Ignoring customers is rude especially when you are literally doing nothing. My advice is do not work in customer service if you do not desire to do your job properly and believe ignoring customers is appropriate or ok. Another person did help me and quickly got my order right while in the midst of seeming to do everything. He was wonderful and why I didn't give this review a one star. I wish I caught his name but I didn't. Thank you to whoever you were broken hand and all you helped me quickly and apologized...
