A very horrible experienced we had tonight, we decided to go to try Mr. Mike's steak since it just recently opened. My friends ordered ribeye steak, burger, sirloin steak and I ordered butter chicken waited for more than 30 minutes for our order to arrived, when it finally arrived we started eating I immediately noticed rice was not cooked and told the server about it, she said they will remake it and it will be off my bill, I asked that I don't like the rice and be replaced with Nan bread it took about 10 minutes before they remake it and there was no rice but only get the usual no. Of Nan bread and the replacement of the rice is not there, I asked again the server about and then she apologized and brought me again 3 pieces. As we are eating someone just went to our table no introduction or anything we don't know who is is and just started asking how was the food etc.etc. I politely it's ok. As I was just starting to eat my butter chicken and I'm behind everyone else. We got our receipt and saw that the butter chicken was charged to my bill and so I ask the server why as you have said it will be taken off my bill for the mistake and then this lady who came to our table went and ask what's the problem and I told her that your server said that the buttered chicken will be off my bill because the rice was not cooked she started saying we had to charged you for the remake as you enjoyed the food I didn't even eat half of it to be honest. Then I asked her who are you as you didn't even introduced yourself to us when you went to our table, even a server introduces themselves to customers She then started calling me darling I said I want a refund on that butter chicken then she said all I can do is give u a gift card but I said no to it as I will never go back to eat here she kept calling me darling and saying you ate the remake and it should be charged it was not my fault that u need to remake it in the first place. To make the story short, apparently when I asked for the manager she said she is the manager who can not make it right for a customer. Very unprofessional handled the situation and the customer concern no apologies and very condancending, such a bad experienced for my partners birthday...

The restaurant is still going through the early phases and hiccups that occur during the first couple of months of opening. My partner and I along with our grandchildren came in for dinner. Our older granddaughter order a burger and fries, she loved the fries but found the burger a little greasy. My partner order a med-well steak that came out med-rare and the roasted veggies were still quite firm to bite into. I order a med-rare steak that came out more to the rare-blue side along with lobster tail, mushrooms and Caesar salad which could have a dash more dressing but still tasty. Both steaks were seasoned nicely but undercooked, we were able to eat them as prepared but did mention and showing to our waitress the steaks. She apologized and informed her MOD/Leader of our order being less then what we asked for. The Lead removed the steaks from our bill even though we asked her not to...it was appreciated. We acknowledged that the kitchen staff are still on a learning curve with timing and preparation and it will correct with time and training. 3 Stars but hoping on our next visit it'll jump to 4 or 5 stars.

Our server was Maggy-Mae, she was friendly and out-going with a genuine smile that was warm and inviting. Outstanding customer service by this young lady. Overall the entire front staff were polite, welcoming and fun...they exuded professionalism in customer service. Well done ladies! 5 stars.

Atmosphere as great, wonderful spacious seating. Loved that they offered games that you could play at the table while waiting for your meal to arrive...that was a hit with our older granddaughter who gets bored easily. Really like how clean the ladies restroom was and how the little touch of an in-wall fireplace made it feel classy. Liked that there were sports on the discreetly placed TVs that didn't distract from your conversations. We had an earlier dinner reservation so it wasn't super loud and even as it filled up with the dinner crowd, the volume remained comfortable.

I'm sure the management will work with the kitchen staff to work on the timing and food prep as they overcome the start-up hiccups. Looking forward to our next visit when we can enjoy the patio. Overall it was a 4...

Honestly very disappointed here. The portion sizes were embarrassingly small compared to other Mr. Mike's one of us had previously been too. We ordered three steak dishes all with similar potatoes the one dish had literally half the amount of potatoes as the other two. We told the waiter and he was super polite and went to correct it. He was awesome actually, then the manager came out to tell us that it would be an additional serving charge because that's what their potato scoop does. The service was very slow but the awesome waiter did warn us they were very under staffed. (With a manager that gets mad at customers over a serving of mashed potatoes I'm sure she is a joy to work with as one of the employees.) One of us ordered steak well done and she was cutting the red pieces out. None of the food stood out as though care was put into cooking it. It looked like everything was just a way to cut grocery costs for the restaurant. My sister made steak the next night and they turned out way better then the restaurant, we should have just saved our visiting family the embarrassment of going there but their flight arrived late and they wanted some good ol...
