Sisters Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Lethbridge

Extremely disappointed with Sisters pub and grill. We have been there 3 times, the first time we would have given a five star for service and food. However the second time service was poor food was good. The third time we went waited to have our table cleared from the previous guest. When she did clean it she took our drink orders dropped our drinks so fast and left before we had a chance to say we wanted to order. We continued waiting for our server and 20 minutes later she still did not return and totally ignored our table.

We ended up leaving as it appeared the server was the bartender as well as server. So with a group of 8 of us that was strike 3. It will be a long time before we go back.

Management needs to step it up put more then 2 staff to serve...

Sweet mother of all that is freakin holy... We hadn't been to Lethbridge in a while, wanted to try out a new place. Drove by and was like let's check it out. Super impressed. It will absolutely be our goto place when we go to Lethbridge. Portion size was perfect. Value for dollar is 10/10. Flavour was perfect nothing seemed overly seasoned. Cooked to perfection. I wish I had gotten our Server's name. After I picked a couple of choices and couldn't make up my mind, I asked her to suprise me. It was perfect. If you ever want amazing food and friendly service, look no further. This is definately the place to go. Considering it was the end of the lunch rush the place was pretty clean as well. You are missing out if you don't check...

I love Sisters’. I love the atmosphere, the food, the staff.

Tonight, I was ill-served (I can’t imagine a worse adjective!).

I have been to this deadly establishment many-a-time. Every time I have had EXCELLENT service.

Tonight, I did NOT.

I worked in the service industry for a decade. I know the ropes. I get the job.

This is the first time I felt as though I might give a 0% tip.

I’ve had better service at 7-11 @ 4AM.

I didn’t, I gave 7.5%. Just to make a statement.

I’m not certain what my server was thinking, or, if indeed they were. But man, I’m looking forward to the next time I go, because it will ALWAYS be better than...
