TacoTime — Restaurant in Lethbridge

Loved the place till just this afternoon. Asked my husband to get our family some lunch and get our usual. He ordered 4 Lrg BEEF N CHEESE because we all don't like the fillings/Tomatoes and such so that's what we always get. When he gets back we find that they punched in Lrg super beef instead. I called to let them know and they just tell me that he said the super large beef like she knew what we wanted but really why would he order the things we don't want and don't usually order when we go to the place. Wasted 50$ on a meal we won't even eat because the cashier either misheard or punched in the wrong order then blame us afterwards. Not going their anymore...

Had not been in years and got hit with a craving, so I took my Son to get some tacos for lunch. We got stuck in the doorway with the wagon, BUT the staff was quick to help me get situated and into the building. Got to witness them take on a massive food order and keep calm and collected through it all. The food was delicious, prompt and amply supplied with tasty condiments. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. And the staff were friendly and worked well together. As a wonderful bonus the staff was right there to assist me back out of the restaurant so It was a relatively hassle free experience. We really enjoyed the whole trip! This is one of the most friendly restaurants I have ever been to. I ran in to get some tacos for taco Tuesday cuz I didn't have a lot of money I ordered four tacos they made a mistake and I ended up with six but that's not the big thing the big thing is I could not get over how friendly the front staff was everybody apologized I said sorry and and I tried to give back the stuff and they said no it's okay if every restaurant had staff like this my God what a world with the be in.
