My son married a Filipino girl so I thought I should educate myself with the food. I had no idea about anything. The lady pointed up and the only thing I really understood was pork. So I just said yes. It was a mixture of pork parts. I know that doesn't sound appetizing but it was really tasty. I felt a particular crunch in my teeth so I looked closely and I found that there was pig ears in it as well. I happen to love those suckers so happy happy! The fried rice was very nice as well. Overall it was very flavourful and the price was good. From what I gather the sisigsilog is technically a breakfast item but I had it for lunch. I would eat it anytime of the day! I never found Pancit as spot on to my Nannays until I ordered from here. A taste of the Philippines!
