Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Lethbridge

This is the worst tim hortons i have been to thus far. They have a sign at the end of their drive through Not to Litter yet there are no garbage cans in the drive through. They expect people to get out of there vehicles, walk to the front of the store to drop the garbage into the bins at the front of the store. What kind of drive through dosent have garbage cans or recycling in it. The service at the window is good. The food i got today was absolutly just slapped together and nothing what i ordered. Not Happy. The coffee is never consistant. Its either luck warm or very week or they put in too much sugar when one sugar is asked. Not going back to this location. Vary...

It gets busy here 11 am to 3 pm. I love this place, but for some strange reason they do not give out napkins when you have coffee or food and when you go up to get a napkin they are not visible. You have to ask for napkins or you won't get. I spilled a bit of soup one day while in there an it was an ordeal because I had to ask for napkins. This is a regular thing at this location only. The coffee is always hot and tastes good. The workers are good people, friendly and work hard. The napkins are an issue, but that's not something that changes the overall experience. Frequently gets orders WRONG. Been going here for 5 years now. Also, no options for adding cream or sugar to coffee on Skip? Then when we added a comment (please add xCream xSugar) they gave us black coffee without anything on the side... Rude! After drinking the coffee, I found I cannot add anything to improve the flavour. It tastes like day old espresso- extremely bitter and awful after taste. Clean your machines!! I've drank nearly my whole life and even worked at a Tim's before. Disgusting how they think that is passable, even acceptable. What happened to the 20 minute fresh rule??
