I went to this location's drive thru yesterday to get lunch and my grandchildren 3 chocolate frosty's. When I got home I noticed that they had given me strawberry which they can't have and didn't want. So, I returned today and explained the situation. The manager basically said that if I couldn't give him the name of the employee I dealt with, he wasn't willing to coĹrect their error and make it right. ( Big ticket item right)đ Not only very disappointing but because it took him so long to come to the window and talk to me even though I told the drive thru clerk when ordering, I ended up getting the finger from the car behind me for holding things up. Morale of the story, don't go to Wendy's on the south side, go to the Scenic location, much better service, they care about how their customers feel. Management and staff are much more professional. As an HR professional myself, I would never have someone like the manager I dealt with at that location, running my team. You should be leading by example and u know who u are. Needless to say u lost another customer over something so trivial, if I wanted something free, I wouldn't choose a frosty!

My coworker went in to this wendys for lunch yesterday and our server and I cannot remember her name but she was training a new manager and the whole time she was giggling with us clearly enjoying her job. We work at a vet clinic, and with our meal, we got a free kids meal from the app, so who better to bring it to than the veterinarian on shift. Well we looked at the toy from the kids meal and thought it was cool, but then noticed there was a vet clinic portion, we asked the same sweet girl if we could switch our toy to the vet clinic and not only did she laugh and say absolutely she searched under the counter and in the back to find one. That girl gave me the customer service I didn't think existed anymore. She didn't take life too seriously and was silly just like we needed. That girl deserves a raise and made my entire day and made an entire vet clinic full of staff laugh their butts off. We appreciate her and her amazing work, and I hope when she sees this, she gives herself a pat on the back. Will definitely be back to...
   Read moreWent here last night through the drive through, I will not go again to this location again. I will drive to the other one across town. Lady who took my order at drive through speaker was good, but once I got up to the first window to pay thatâs where a girl barely opened the window and stuck out the machine. Didnât even tell me the total, or confirm my order, or even say hi. I handed her the coupon I had and she changed something in the computer and still didnât tell me my total. I just feel having a payment device on a stick stuck out a window with very little human interaction isnât the best service. I didnât even have the chance to say I wanted to pay with cash etc. Food wasnât the best either. Iâve have better quality at other Wendyâs before. And I also never received a receipt at all which Iâm unhappy about. Never got asked if I wanted one and nothing in the bag. Overall this visit was poor and with the inflation of fast food Iâll spend my money...
