I am leaving 2 stars because the food was great! The drive-thru server, on the other hand, was miserable! She was unhappy because I ordered dinner at breakfast time. I work nights, so I didn't want breakfast. After she told me that there would be a long wait for the burger, I said I dont mind waiting. I want dinner, not breakfast Then she proceeded to correct me to tell me it was lunch, not dinner! I have never been corrected by such a miserable person at a fast food place. Every chance she had to make my experience unpleasant, she took advantage of it. Right up to bringing out my food to the car. It was cold and windy, but I felt no sympathy for her because of how rude she was to me. It isn't the first time I've had this experience at this location! I think I will not be making any future purchases here, and this time, I took the time to leave feedback. SOMEONE THAT UNHAPPY WITH THERE JOB SHOULD NOT BE PRESENTING TO THE CUSTOMER ! Put her somewhere else! Customer service workers are supposed to be friendly to everyone! I feel I was greeted with racism because i am white. I am sure that the employee would be screaming racism if I was the one being ignorant! I just read the reviews.......... it seems the only people who are being greeted cheerfully are other immigrants. The reviews say it all......... the server is rude if you are from Canada KEEP THE IGNORANT ATTITUDE FOR YOUR FAMILY WHEN YOU RETURN HOME! THAT'S WHY YOU ARE WORKING AT A&W IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Came here on April 8 with my family early enough(pictures say 9:40) that there was not more than 10 customers in the entire cafeteria. Ordering was slow cause there was no one at the front for a bit. When food arrived, it was not comparable to other locations. The fries had almost no salt, a chubby chicken that was ordered was still drowned in oil that was boiling and could be tasted even after it cooled it still had too much and tasted of old oil(I know cause I worked in a food fying restaurant) and a milkshake that I ordered was horrendous, and was like missing a lot, the picture is before I even tired it, when I tried it, instantly stoped threw it out when we left, literally the worst of my entire life. Honestly if it was very busy it would be understandable but literally no one else ordered the entire time we were there. Absolutely not worth the 60$+ it costed. Thought about it for a week before leaving...
