Visited in the past and had great service. My kids behaved wonderfully and we received compliments on their behaviour & general manners from staff as well as patrons. I Visited today with my family and the older man that met us at the door (I assume the owner) had a look of disgust on his face. It became clear he didn’t want to serve us. We did not receive a greeting, rather, with zero explanation, he told us that it would be 45 mins before he could serve us food (despite the fact that more than half the tables were empty). He then told us we would have to SHARE MENUS (again, half the place was empty). He gave the 6 of us just 2 menus to share. We didn’t make a fuss or ask why, we simply thanked him for the menus.
We waited 10 mins for someone to take our drink order…. but nobody came. Eventually, a man walked in off the street and asked to purchase a coffee to go. He was greeted pleasantly and served immediately. That was it for us.

Arrived to a parking lot that had cars parked in opposite directions- no sense of order, , no visible handicap parking spot which was needed for 3 occupants in the vehicle. Parked at the side of lot, with a handicap parking pass in the window in what seemed to not be obstructing anyone. Upon entering the restaurant, one of the wait staff rudely came to ask if it was my car parked near the entrance & I needed to move it. When I went out to the parking lot I was greeted by what was likely the owner who was yelling that I couldn’t park there, throwing his hands in the air in disgust. I asked where their handicap parking spot was & he turned & went back into the restaurant. We felt rushed to order by edit staff but as it was our first & now last visit, we weren’t familiar with the menu. The meal was mediocre at best, didn’t see our waitress after our meal arrived unless we motioned her over, I had to go to the front desk to pay. Read moreI hate to complain since I love the restaurant but I recently came across a negative experience and I don’t think I received compensation a customer should receive. When receiving our order, the waiter did not use a note pad and messed up our order. My friend orders a vegetarian omelette and received an egg Benedict and i ordered a gyro wrap with salad on the side and i received a greek salad with the meat. Not a big deal so I decided to just suck it up and not complain and eat it but as soon as I had a couple bites left I see black hair underneath the lettuce. My friend and I both do not have black hair so immediately I kindly notified the staff and no compensation was received. in fact, I was told that they have a new system and they can’t take it off the bill. I tried to be a good sport and disregard it but I was pretty disappointed that there was no remorse or accountability, especially since this spot is my go to spot.
