I never get anything but attitude whenever I order from this Tim Horton's. My mom and I always get the grilled cheese but we both are really not a fan of the Artisian bread. One time they were out of the Artisian bread so they offered to make it for us on rustic buns and we found we liked them a lot better. And now every time we go, we like them made that way. We even offer to have the shredded cheese that goes on top on the inside so that it doesn't make a mess of their grill. We get nothing but sass and attitudes from them, especially the one manager named Emily. My mom ordered a latte from her and she made it and there was a good quarter of the cup that wasn't full. Keeping in mind my mom ordered it with an extra espresso shot, now making it a 4 dollar drink, which is pushing starbucks pricing. My mom asked for the drink to be filled more obviously and she said theres a certain amount of product they can put in so all she could do was add more ice, my mom said a majority of the drink was already ice and asked for more milk instead then and emily asked her to pull around to the front (there was no one behind my mom) and she then rolled her eyes. She brought the drink out to my mom 3+ minutes later and my mom could tell all she did was add more ice because the colouring was the exact same. She told Emily she didnt appreciate having her roll her eyes at her and she was just trying to get what she paid for (my mom is a very nice women who hates confrontation so there is just no way she was rude) emily just huffed and said in the most sarcastic voice possible "Have a FANTASTIC day." Not sure how someone like this gets management. All the tim hortons in Vineland and beamsville are constantly out of stuff and constantly so rude. I can't count the amount of times I've pulled up to the drive thru window and no one has said a word to me other then my total. No thank you or even a hello. Chris and Jannet (the owners of all these TIm Hortons) tired my friend a few years ago for not being friendly enough (she worked there a week and this was her first job) but they let employees like this slide? Constant attitudes and not even saying hello to paying customers? Constantly out of literally everything like potato wedges, hashbrowns, even plain buns. There espresso machines are also always a problem. I had to drive to grimsby today because every single one in beamsville had a different problem and I'm done supporting them and their cracked out way of managing anymore. I think its time for them to pass the...
Read moreArrived Saturday, December 3rd at 4:18 pm. Ordered a coffee, donut and grilled cheese.
The first two weren’t made but I assumed because the grilled cheese would be made first. After standing for not too long, a worker asked if I was waiting for a plain bagel. I said no it was a grilled cheese. He began making it. I inquired about the coffee and donut and they then started it.
He handed me the grilled cheese on a filthy item stand at the counter and I asked for a new bag for the grilled cheese which he obliged. I pulled the sandwich out of the bag and it was raw. The grated cheese tumbled into the garbage. The camera will show what my words cannot. Nobody paying attention does this. Incredulous, I requested a new one.
Quickly thereafter, I was given a new sandwich and hopped in the car. The accompanying photo is the SECOND attempt. The first one, along with the entire interaction, is all on camera.
I opened it and it was not melted whatsoever. Not as bad as attempt one but terrible.
We returned and asked for a third one. The three employees were 16 years old by their own admission and apparently feel they should be shielded from calmly articulated, customer complaints. That’s insane. You work in customer service and you blame the person lodging the complaint? Complaining is not yelling.
Incompetence isn’t the word here. Whether they’re 16 or 61, it’s absurd. There is room for 3-4 cars from order box to window. That’s the extent of their drive thru volume. There weren't any customers in the store. There’s no sense of duty let alone urgency.
This is what the social justice types have brought to our youth. Entitlement and zero awareness of how to conduct themselves in a professional environment. I had a job at 14 and they were tough. I’m now proud of that tough love. It builds character to face the world.
Definitely gonna be reaching out to the owner. The incident was so much worse than...
Read moreI honestly hate to write this review but when you are taking orders and working the window you are responsible for providing customer satisfaction more than staff making coffee, food and prepping in the back. I ordered the new bacon and scrambled egg breakfast wrap NO chipotle . Went home opened it up NO hashbrown in it. No problem new on the menu. Went back the order taker advised they don’t have hashbrowns only the loaded farmers wrap! Really!? Look at the menu board every wrap advertised has a hashbrown in it. She advised no problem we will make me a new one. Window closes before I could remind her that I do not want any chipotle in it. Hands it back and I asked is there chipotle and we reply so nice “nope no chipotle” I get home open my wrap lovely a hashbrown however there was in fact chipotle in it. Point being IF you do not know for certain do not assume and advise the customer as matter of fact! That there is no chipotle . That is a huge loss of credibility and integrity that I will now have to ask a different employee next time three times to confirm to be SURE my order was in fact done correctly. Besides ensuring your orders are flying out the window to get the drive thru quicker the most important part should be customer service . Ensuring our Steepted Tea , coffee, ice capp, bagels ETC ETC are made to satisfy the customer with taste, temperature, accuracy and presentation! Without your customers where is your business? Please it’s not difficult do/be better. Learn from the always pleasant senior staff early...
