This establishment was part of a food court in a mall. The lady was very nice. But the food was not authentic at all. It is advertised as Vietnamese and Thai, I heard the staff speaking Cantonese, and the food actually tastes more Chinese. My daughter had the fried noodle special, which was a typical chow mein. I had pad Thai here twice in a one week period with very different results. The first time the pad Thai was amazing, spicy, tangy…a huge portion for the price. I went back 6 days later and the pad Thai tasted very different. Second time very heavy handed with the fish sauce and much more lacking in my tamarind. I tried it twice. The fist was the bánh mi. Which was palatable at best. However the vermicelli plate is severely lacking. The beef is spongy and feels like old cheese curds.

Dried chilli flakes to spices things is also overwhelming. The spring rolls don't hold at all. They always break. Shrimps weren't deveined properly.
