Amir Longueuil — Restaurant in Longueuil

If i could i would give a lower rate. On christmas eve, i've had the worst service that i've ever had in my life. I just want to say that i leave a tips when i think that someone deserve it and offered me good services. If you don't offer me good services, i don't give tips. As easy as that.

So i've ordered Amir for around 20$ and when it came to pay, i decided not to leave tips. The service wasn't exceptional and the delivery guy was feeling rush. When he looked at the transaction, the first thing he did was commenting on the fact that i didn't gave him tips. Then he went personal on how what i did was wrong. Then he basically said that i won't ever have delivery services at Amir. To be honest i wasn't thinking of ordering again as who knows what could happens to my meals.

Maybe not leaving tips is not accommodating the person who delivered my food but i don't think they should be entitled to thinking that it's a given no matter how the services is. I hope you will learn from your mistake.

Sidenotes : Compared to many other Amir that i've eaten, the food wasn't that good. The meat was burn't(shawarma) and the rice too cooked. There was alot of deception but i would say that the potatoes were pretty...

Never have I ever had such spectacular service from a fast food restaurant. What a gem in this small strip. The guy serving us made us enormous plates after we patiently waited for our food, that was grilled up fresh in front of us. I've had Amir across the entire city, and my fiance and I both agreed it was by far the best. On top of everything, the man refused a tip, and insisted we try the food first before doing so. These guys deserve more attention. Needless to say we will be recommending the place to all our friends/family....

One of the best Amir meals I have had. (I go to many being always on the road). The place was clean and food was fresh, well seasoned and big portion. One smalls complaint is to take off tipping before paying, COVID is over the price of the plates went up a couple dollars. Pay you staff a dollar more an hour and leave a tip jar. No service is being provided here, it’s cafeteria style. Thank you to the staff for a great meal, that’s the tip...
