La Belle Province — Restaurant in Longueuil

I feel so bad today. Every time, I go to here, whatever I ordered, I’ll give them around 15% tips. And today too. My mother and I went to there today, and order 1 sandwiches combo and 1 regular size poutine. Total $39.00. Ok, and I give them $6 for tips. After my food ready, I asked them “spicy mayonnaise” for my fries, and then, they told me, spicy needs charge $0.75??? Hello, I just give you $6 tips, and you still want to charge me $0.75??? If you want to charge the $0.75, you can charge me that when I pay the bill.

Ok, no worries, I’ll never give any tips for this store....

First time going here and quite disappointed. We went around 7:30 pm and there was only one person ahead of us and we waited 20 mins for our order, the guy who ordered after us got his food before us. The person making the submarine was not wearing his mask properly and drinking his drink over it all while touching everything with his hands. I was not impressed by the hygiene measures and was completely grossed out. Fries overcooked and dry, hot dogs hard. The only person who knew what he was doing was the one taking orders, he took charge and was trying to push...

Late discovery but so glad I found it. The Belle Province St-Hubert location is the best I have experienced. Ever. And I have tried many BP across the province (no pun intended). Clean restaurant. Good quality food, both in terms of freshness and taste. Courteous and pleasant staff that won’t hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. I am definitely a new fan of this...
