I wanted to give a good review to this place but I can't. Let me start by saying what happened with my first order. The driver refused to come to my door. Apparently I had taken too long to get to the door so he wouldn't come to the door and he stayed in his car. When I walked up to the car to confront him he shoved the debit machine in my face and told me to give him a tip. This is insane. Next time I order I am told it will be here in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I start waiting at the door. I wait at the door for 30 minutes. It took the food 56 minutes to get to me and I'm only one minute down the street! I wouldn't have normally cared but since you told me it'll be here in 20 minutes how can I trust you to order from here again?! Do you just think my time isn't of any value? If there's a problem with your driver please call me so I can adjust! My time isn't worthless! Also, no utensils, how am I supposed to eat this? Cmon...omg my order is missing the potatoes?! Everything...
Read moreI recently visited Gourmet Taouk, and it was a total highlight of my week! This cozy, family-run spot specializes in authentic Lebanese cuisine, and their shish Taouk is hands-down one of the best I've had in the area. The chicken was perfectly grilled—juicy, flavorful, and marinated to perfection with that signature garlic sauce on the side. I paired it with their fresh chicken shawarma wrap, which was packed with tender meat, crisp veggies, and a tangy tahini drizzle that had me savoring every bite. What really stood out was the warm, welcoming service. The staff were super friendly and quick, even during the lunch rush, and they made great recommendations from the menu. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything felt fresh and made with care. If you're craving Mediterranean flavors in Saint-Hubert, Gourmet Taouk is a must-try. I'll definitely be...
Read morei've ordered from this restaurant many times in the past but my last 3 orders, i had ordered the "grillades" platter x 2 and the amount of meat i got is ridiculous, 2-3 bits of chicken, 2-3 bits of beef and a sorry looking sausage... plenty of rice and salad and potatoes but the "grillades" platter is far from being worth the price! i do not justify spending $75 Uber Eats with tip for this type of meal, very disappointing... i don't usually complain, i let them know by not giving them my business anymore and hope they get the message, i will no longer be...
