McDonald's — Restaurant in Longueuil

This is the second time I have to deal with the morning shift manager. The first time I went and asked for a mcmuffin BLT with substition of the bacon for the sausage, which was a simple order I made many times at many different locations. The shift manager was the one taking my order on the drive thru and she argued with me the substition didnt exist and she would charge me an extra for the sausage, I left. She probably has been told by other employees that it did in fact exist because she didnt give me trouble the next time I went and ordered the same thing. Fast forward to today, I get on drive thru and order the same thing, it is the same shift manager from before taking my order. I pay the now 6.89$ for this sandwich that was 5.74$ 1 month ago. I leave in direction to my next stop only to arrive and realise theres no tomato and an extreme quantity of sauce. I go back to ask for a replacement. The same shift manager listen to my complaint only to inform me that they do not have tomato this morning in the restaurant. She never informed me during my order, she made me pay for the full sandwich knowingly the restaurant had no tomato and she was stealing from me. I asked for a refund and let her know I was unsatisfied to not have been informed before paying and leaving that what I ordered was out of stock, she never answered or apologised , instead looking at me like an unhappy child to be scolded for a stupidity she made. I still want to thank her though , because I have been going to McDonalds for a while now when I do not have time to eat at home and because of this morning I went to A&W just down the street and had the best experience , service and taste wise so I will now replace McDonalds by A&W. The food took a decent amount of time. Not to slow either which is amazing compared to the number of customers that were there. The food was very good and the buffalo sauce on my spicy crispy poutine was very spicy. Everything is legit and ressembles the advertisements but without anything inedible like most restaurants add. Although the bathroom did not have any toilet paper, which was disappointing, but there's always a solution. Although it would help to check the bathrooms more often. There were big tablets to order with and they worked very well. Personally, I would 100% recommend using the McDonald's app. It's free and amazing. For people who go to McDonald's at least once a month, you get free meals just by buying. You get offers regularly (And really good ones too!) and deals (A real money saver!). We have been using it and it barely takes any effort. All you have to do is make an account, then use it. You can order in advance and go to pick it up. After ordering on your phone, you can pick it up in the drive-thru, eat in or take out your freshly prepared meal! It's very useful and it connects easily to the "big tablets". You'll know what I'm talking about next time you go 😉.

If i could give it zero stars i would. This is by far the worst McDonalds ever. Food is always cold and tastes very bad as if its not fresh. Service is non existing. They make you wait at least 30 mins in the drive thru to give you your food. By the time the food comes its cold. I went in the drive thru today and ordered 3 trios, it wasnt busy at all and i was the only car in the drive thru, i paid and they told me to go wait near sign #1. We waited at least 25 mins and no one came to give us our food. I had to go in and see whats happening. As i walked in, there was 3 customers angry and swearing about the slow service. After 5 mins i finally saw an employee and she told me they dropped our food on the floor and had to remake another order. This is only one of the many many horrible services we received at this location. I think this location is run by kids with no management whatsoever. All this to say that i will never go back to...
