I love Boustan and I tried many in different locations, but so far this Boustan on Cousineau in saint Hubert is honestly horrible. The last time I ordered from them was on October 12 at around 7:00 pm through Uber eats, and as always they did not include the bread and the quantity is half of what you should get. It is not the first time they do that. I called to explain my issues with the order, and the lady who is working there was very very rude and instead of being understanding, apologizing for the mistake and caring about customer satisfaction, she kept telling me that she does not want to discuss personal issues đł. When I asked her to talk to the boss, she said he also does not want to discuss any personal issues. I said no personal issues; it is about my order.
I donât understand how can they hire someone that rude to represent the restaurant. Also, when I saw her in person before for previous orders, she is not able to smile to the customers.
The Boustan in Brossard is much much better even though they are somehow related. At least they put for you the quantity you pay for, and they care about customer satisfaction. I will never buy from Boustan on Cousineau unless they improve themselves and make a change. Very...

I stopped by Boustan Cuisino recently and was honestly impressed. The food was super fresh the chicken was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and not dry at all. Their garlic potatoes were on point too, crispy on the outside and soft inside. The portion sizes are solid for the price, and everything tasted homemade.
The staff were really friendly and quick with the service, even though the place was a bit busy. You can tell they care about quality and keeping things clean.

Jâai pris le temps dâappeler le restaurant 1 fois , aprĂšs 20 min dâattente, la gĂ©rante nous rĂ©pond et nous lui expliquons la situation de façon calme et que nous lui mentionnons aussi que des erreurs peuvent arriver mais lorsquâil sâagit de fraĂźcheur de la nourriture , il peut y avoir des consĂ©quences sur la santĂ© des clients. La gĂ©rante nâa aucun professionnalisme et ne savait pas comment avoir une conversation digne dâun vrai service client.
