This review is based on a delivery order, so I canât comment on the service of atmosphere, but the food just sucks and should certainly not be called Mexican food.
We had a giant burrito and quesadilla, both with their barbacoa beef (pulled beef). The rice in the burrito was parboiled and terrible; it made the burrito hard to eat. The burrito was also quite dry with almost no sauce, and this seems to be a common complaint from other reviewers as well. The beans are not tasty either, and I didnât detect any of the cilantro or refried beans that were supposed to be included. Most importantly, the flavour of the pulled beef just didnât go with any of the other ingredients. Maybe if there was some sauce to marry the ingredients it would have tasted better, but that wasnât the case.
As to the quesadilla, it had no crispness to it at all, and was just a floppy piece of stuffed bread. It was very strangely cut as well, Iâve added a picture to show what I mean. That aside, everything was just very bland, and the most pronounced flavour was just too much acid. I wonât be ordering again and I canât recommend...

Poor customer service. Quesada should be ashamed by the service of short girl working in this store. She mentioned to give only one line of sauce and when asked to add more she mentioned there is a rule in this store which canât change.
When I mentioned her about another Quesada location being really nice with my requests she mentioned this location is the best and canât help much especially when it comes to following thumb rule of one of sauce per burrito.
If I am the owner of this store, I would not hire such staff even if she works for free.
And as per her attitude she looked like the owner, so I would like to mention this to Quesada that if I am the CEO I would definitely flag this incident as it is not acceptable as per Standard Operating Procedures of such franchise.
Honestly, this girl is cheating the customers by manipulating the rules. 4.5 is a FAKE number of stars for...
Read moreAs a fast food place not unlike a Subway but for Mexican good Quesada is not the cute and fancy restaurant you take a date to, but it has very good food in its offering. Everything I've tried so far has been very good and fresh as it is prepared in front of you. My 2 downsides to this place are the price and the churros. The churros, complimentary in a trio are always tough and clearly not done as they should. I never tried their cookies but those have been a let down. And, as I said, the prices are on the high side of things. Of course, these days, everything is expensive, but for me and my family (2 adults, 2 kids) it's hard to get out of there with a bill under $80. For a "fast food" spot... That's steep in my book. But we are happy to go back as the food...
