Allô mon Coco Promenades Saint-Bruno — Restaurant in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

Hey everyone!

So like a few reviews here, I'm glad I'm not the only one that was expecting more of this restaurant.

On the menu it's mentionned "thin" crêpes; I got pancake style and the waitress told me it's their thinnest as the floor they use breaks thin crêpes (that's a restaurant issue)

Coffee was very bland, almost like water with a hint of coffee.

Service was not only long (perhaps hiring more staff instead of making the poor girl to have too many tables, even for the bill I had to wait when she told me "right away" lol

When she saw I was displeased when she asked how it was, she handed the terminal and moved to other table (bad service; still gave her a bit more than 15%)

Speaking of the terminal, we go eating outside to enjoy a good moment, not to calculate tips (restaurant should give the % options) I'm sure waitress that gives good service are losing some tip money..

All in all, if you want to enjoy a chill time where the food is great and service, I'd suggest looking for another one.

I don’t recommend this place at all. We were 3 persons and went on Saturday 29 march 2024. First, two dishes out of 3 were cracked on edges. One of us was almost finishing the dish and saw a short curly hair in her potato. It was very disgusting and the rest of us could not stop eating. I felt really bad about what we ate so far. When we showed them the hair in the food, they suggested to change the dish (but none of could eat more) and we said no thanks, they offered 9.98$ of discount. We were there and decided not to argue but it should have been free for that hairy dish. It is also a very noisy place and is not the same as the branch in old Montreal. We weren’t asked if we would like butter or not. No water was given. One of us, the bread was burnt and we had to ask to return it. Sorry to come bother you for breakfast dear waitress, I know 2h30 PM is supposed to be the time you enjoy talking to your friends and being paid for it due to the few customers. Food is just like any other breakfast restaurant nothing fancy or wow about it, so the service most be outstanding so the customers can relate and go there more often. In that case, I will not go there if I were you. Waitress was unfriendly and everything seemed to bother her. Why are you offering Ketchup if you dont feel like giving it? Is it cause the pre fab script? Please included smile and kindness in the review of your script this might actually help. I wanted to give less than the regular 15% due to the service but since I'm well mannered.... But seriously I will not return to this place. So dear waitress you can enjoy talking to...
