Rôtisseries Benny — Restaurant in Longueuil

It has been a long time since I went to a Benny"s and the food was quite good and the price was excellent. The "choix du chef" (chef's choice) is under $10 and you get a random meal, either a breast or a leg, but unlike many places you can order this for one person, so if you have no preference it is a great choice. The food was good, their fries are better than the competition and the sauce was better than I had thought it was. The menu is fairly limited, they don't have a very varied menu but what they do they do well. My main complaint is that plastic cutlery comes in every meal, can't believe this is still a thing, quite wasteful since most people are just going back home, this can easily be fixed, thus it is a choice that I do not agree with. We got the chicken. It was great, sauce was amazing, instead of fries we got the onion rings and added a side of fries. We had some popcorn chicken as well. Cost is near 80$ but we had leftovers for a few other meals. Web site said wait for an hour and it only took like 35 minutes. All in all a great meal. But then the food is ALWAYS good there. Service à la clientèle pitoyable. Puisque je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse à mon courriel (que j'ai envoyé avant de mettre mon avis ici et que j'ai envoyé une seconde fois après la réponse reçue)

Nous commandons souvent à la Rotisserie Benny Longueuil et qu'à chaque fois ce sont des commandes de plusieurs centaines de dollars car nous commandons pour tous les employés.

Lors de la livraison de notre dernière commande, un repas cuisse était manquant. J'ai donc téléphoné à la rôtisserie pour leur en faire part.

La réponse reçue du gérant a été qu'il avait envoyé tous les repas et que nous étions dans l'erreur. Après avoir aucune excuse ou compassion de sa part, je lui ai indiqué que nous commanderons ailleurs pour nos prochains repas de groupe. Celui-ci a répondu "Parfait" et a fermé la ligne téléphonique.

Nous avons vérifié plusieurs fois et le repas était réellement manquant.

Je ne suis pas le type de personne qui se plaint habituellement mais la façon dont j'ai été traitée est INACCEPTABLE! De plus, la situation a fait que nous avons dû commander un autre repas (ailleurs évidemment) pour la personne qui n'avait pas reçu le sien et celle-ci n'a pas pu dîner au même moment que les autres.

Finalement, j'espère que vous ferez en sorte que les situations de la sorte ne se reproduisent plus car celles-ci sont inadmissibles.
