I went to the counter to order some food to go.
We were only two person inside. The person in front of me says to the cashier: Customer in front of me: Hey are you new here? You don’t seem to be at ease with the cash register. Cashier: Oh non mister, I’m not new, I’m the owner. Customer in front of me: Oh, I was not expecting this, this doesn’t seem to be your thing. Cashier who’s now the owner of the restaurant: yeah well, I’m the owner.
When the transaction completed, my turn comes. The self-proclaimed owner looks at me and say, go and order the electronic panel (in my head, I’m like, what kind of customer service is this? I’m right here, there’s no one else). But it seems that I was soo stunned that I went to the order panel.
And let me tell you, this electronic panel must come from another dimension. Just to make a quick comparison, the order panel from Mc Donalds, when functioning, are quick and efficient at creating an order. When it comes to St-Hubert, this is a pure punition. You can tell that this creation was made to make any customer suffer. You do not need to touch the screen, your finger needs to come close to the screen, making every entry painful.
If this was really the owner who sent me there, I can hope that she doesn’t do anymore customer service and if she did, she clearly doesn’t like my face for whatever her reasons are. I wasn’t a recurring customer at this restaurant, but I will take my gas money elsewhere starting now.
So the ‘’so called owner’’ approved this and her machine still ask for a tip for the team? She doesn’t need it neither than her...

I’ve been here three times in the last year, and the quality has never been amazing — the food has been cold before, and the cabbage salad no longer tastes like it used to — but today was by far the worst.
I had already eaten a forkful of creamy cabbage salad when my wife spotted a broken piece of an Exacto blade in her traditional salad. We immediately called the manager, showed her the piece, and handed it to her. I didn’t take a photo because I was focused on making sure this was corrected immediately so no one else would be at risk. The manager was apologetic but admitted we were the second customer that day to find one. She explained that a cabbage cutting machine was broken and pieces were breaking off into the cabbage salad.
I brought my two kids with me that day, which makes this even more alarming. If I were running the restaurant, all of that salad would have been thrown out immediately after the first report. Instead, it was still being served — putting every customer, including children, at risk of swallowing sharp metal.
The manager offered free meals, but my appetite was gone, and I do not plan on returning. I truly hope no one else experiences...
Read moreI was a client there until they charged me 3 times for an item, I told the person in the cash that the card was successfully approved when it passed the 1st time, nevertheless they asked me to repass the card 2 times more without giving me a ticket to prove transaction was null otherwise they won't give me the food I had ordered and already paid. When I arrived home I checked my card status and the 3 charges had passed, I called the restaurant and manager asked me for all my card data to do a refund, an hour after they called me back to say the numbers on the card didn't entered, I came back to the restaurant to confirm the numbers and realize they had a paper where the manager wrote all my card info even the security code and it was passed to several people , they applied the refund but a week and a half after the incident some products were bought using my card data, wasn't me who did it so I "really suspect" was one of the persons in that store who could use my personal card data, even when I asked the people there to destroy the paper where all my info was written. I won't come back there never again, was very bad experience with the girl in...
