Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Longueuil

I've tried many Tim Hortons and I'm not sure why but this one is too avoid and it's sadly the one closest to my place. I often do a detour to another location because of the many less than ideal experiences. For instance, I went there for a coffee once at the drive through. The coffee was cold and tasted like water. It happens though so I went another time at night. After waiting a few minutes at the drive through, I'm dusky told they are closed... (!?!) my latest experience recently was try their beyond meat burger. I asked that at the drive through and the staff looked somehow lost. They weren't sure how to make it. They've looked into the book and after 10 minutes and a lot of people behind me at the drive through, I paid 7$ (advertised at 5$ on TV which was weird, I should have raised a concern) and got no receipt. Again, I should have asked for one. At last, I got a sandwich in a bag and left. Upon my arrival at work, I opened it up to realize it wasn't a beyond meat burger but some sort of chicken patty with a bagel and bbq sauce. I sadly couldn't go back to fix this as I had no receipt and no time left... so I ate it. Now, I'm going elsewhere if I want...

Never go here. Should be shut down, girls are not wearing their hair nets (very unsanitary).. rude service just got straight to the point no hello. No expressions on their faces. Don’t make you feel welcomed. Coming back to not wearing their hair nets, all these girls have long hair and we’re manipulating our foods, then touching their heads and then going BACK to touch our food. As soon as I got my food, first bite I got a LONG HAIR in my wrap....

Went for a coffee on Saturday night drive-thru waited over 5 min .. no answer ..went to window to discover 2 employees on cell phone.. still no answer. Hunked to get their attention and was not acknowledged. Decided to go inside only to be told no more coffee. WOW TIM HORTONS with NO coffee it was 8:30 pm and were only closing at 10pm. If you are not going to answer the drive-thru put up a sign and advise your customers no more coffee!!!!!!!...
