Rôtisseries Benny — Restaurant in Longueuil

I have been picking up the "Special Tuesday Chef's Choice" for over 20 years & have always been pretty happy with getting at least 1 breast out of 2 or 3 meals. A few weeks ago I picked up 3 Chef's Choice meals & was very disappointed, as I received 3 legs with hardly any meat on all 3 & the fries were cold and very small compared to usual. I asked specifically for the 3 cole slaws to be replaced with extra sauce & received no cole slaw & no extra sauce on all 3 meals. I was very upset & embarrassed, as I was treating my my invitees. All 3 of us (my son, my grandson & myself), did not enjoy the meal at at all! 🤬🤢😡 Don't know if I will go again.

10 years i've lived near and they end up being my 1st choice when ordering. Only reason I DON'T or WOULDN'T order there is because i would want to try something different

Small place, can get crowded if you go there, but ordering by phone or online is usually how i do it.

Items are what we know them to be, i don't dislike it. Very generous with their portions, even now, after Covid, when they reduced it, i don't feel disatisfied.

One could argue that delivery is long, with a 60-75 minute wait, and i feel the same, but always seem appeased when i get that first bite in, my frustration just fades away.

...but that said, pls make sure it does get longer, get more delivery men out there, let's get that...

We will not be returning. There are several reasons, the first being the sauce. Please bring back the old sauce, this recipe is spicier and does not taste as good as the original. It totally changes the taste of the poutine and ruins it. This sauce is horrible! The ribs are totally nasty. The worst ribs we have ever tasted. So fatty, cold, chewy and not worth the extra 15 minute wait it took to get them. The sauce is so bland that you are better off buying frozen ribs from the grocery store. You’ll enjoy them much more. The poutine… why do we have chicken strips cut into pieces and not the pieces of chicken? This is not at all what we ordered!!? Those chicken strips are gross. This is a sad day for...
