The food at this restaurant offers a distinctive experience, with Brazilian dancers for some time and all of the meat blades you could want. The traditional Brazilian cooking style elevates the quality of the meat to a good standard. The Latin ambiance and warm rustic setting add to the pleasure of the meal. The pineapple dessert was particularly delicious. The service was attentive and accommodating, and the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. For someone travelling from afar, this may not be the most convenient option, but if you're nearby it's definitely worth a visit. The meal was reasonably priced, with an average cost per person of around $50-$60. ----------------- Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 ----------------- Date of visit: Sunday at 5:30 p.m

A disappointing culinary experience despite good service**

We recently visited Le Milsa on Boulevard Taschereau in Brossard with a group of four people, and while the service was commendable, the overall experience left us disappointed.

First, I want to thank the staff — the servers were polite, attentive, and efficient, and the ambiance was pleasant. The service team deserves recognition for their professionalism and friendly attitude.

However, when it comes to the food, especially the meat, we were left with a sense of frustration and disappointment. Although the cooking temperatures were respected (rare, medium, etc.), the meat itself lacked flavor. It felt bland and uninspired, which is particularly disheartening for a Brazilian steakhouse where one expects bold, savory, and well-seasoned cuts.

To be honest, we were expecting much more. The flavors simply didn’t deliver, and it was hard to ignore the disconnect between the visual appeal and the actual taste of the food. Despite the variety of meats offered, none managed to leave a memorable impression. The seasoning felt either minimal or entirely absent, making the meal feel repetitive and unexciting.

Adding to our frustration, there was no show or entertainment during our visit, which is something we had anticipated based on past reviews and the concept of the restaurant. This further added to the feeling that the experience was lacking.

In the end, the four of us left feeling underwhelmed, which is unfortunate considering the price point and the reputation of the place. We truly hoped for a flavorful evening, but what we got was, sadly, a...

We went to Milsa Brossard on a Saturday evening and was greeted by the manager Moe who brought us to a very nice table to enjoy the wonderful evening. It had a very lively atmosphere where there were constant music playing and it was packed. The servers were swarming around countless times offering the many types of meats on the skewers to us. There was so much that we had to refuse a few times until we were able to make a dent on our plates before we can even considered trying something else. We were so impressed with the service even though it was a full house as Moe had everything under control and running smoothly.. The food were constantly being served, the waiters were attentively filling our wine glasses and ensuring everything was ok. During the meal, there were Brazilian dancers going around getting the clients to get up to dance. Oh what a fun and lively atmosphere watching everyone get in on the action. You know it's a special place when there are so many large reservations where they were celebrating some special occasions. Although it was written that desert was only served once, they kept asking if we want more until we had enough. Moe also passed by a few times to ensure that everything was good. He knows how to run the restaurant and ensures that everyone was happy with no exception. I highly recommend that you go if you have not been and say hi to Moe as he will make sure you feel very welcome at...

Excellent service, but the food fell short of expectations I had high hopes for my visit to this restaurant, but unfortunately, the overall dining experience did not meet expectations — particularly when it came to the food. To begin with the positives: the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit, and the dessert at the end of the meal was truly enjoyable — a sweet note to close the evening. However, the food itself left much to be desired. While I understand that meats are served in various doneness levels, many of the cuts were significantly undercooked for my taste and had a strong odor that was quite off-putting. Even the shrimp had a smell that made it difficult to enjoy. I was also surprised to find that no beverages were included in the price, which felt somewhat limiting given the set menu format. The side dishes were minimal — mainly potatoes and a very bitter salad, which, unfortunately, did not complement the meal well. It was disappointing to find such a lack of balance and seasoning across the board. That said, the dessert stood out as a highlight, and the courteous staff made the evening more pleasant despite the culinary letdown. With a few key improvements in the kitchen, this restaurant could offer a much more...
