I’ve always had positive experiences in this sushi restaurant,with one guy in particular who’s always super nice and kind and also knows me by name. Since once a week we order big quantities of sushi. Not the case of “the boss”, Ken, I bumped in today. He took my order quickly without listening properly to my usual request: due to an allergy, we ask for no cucumber. When I went there, I found all the pieces with cucumber. I had guests waiting for the sushi home so I bought the food anyway but that’ll be my last time there. The guy, Ken didn’t seem to care at all for clients, he wanted me to go away (!) and pretended to be right. It would have be enough to make some excuses and taking a little bit of responsibility. And help me find and alternative solution. I’m a kind way. Kindness and empathetic care and attitude are everything in life.
